Turn your email into tasks.

Triage reads your inbox and hands you only the emails that need you, as tasks you can schedule, snooze or finish in a tap. Everything else stays out of your way.

How it works

From inbox to done, in three taps

1

Connect your email

Gmail, Outlook or Fastmail. Triage only reads: it never sends, deletes or marks your mail as read.

2

Triage sorts it

The emails that need you become tasks. Newsletters, receipts and noise stay out of your way.

3

Act in a tap

Schedule it, snooze it or mark it done. Send scheduled tasks to Todoist if that’s where you plan.

Works with Gmail & Google Workspace Outlook & Microsoft 365 Fastmail®

Private by design

Your inbox stays yours

Read-only access

Triage can read your mail, nothing more. It never sends, deletes or changes anything in your mailbox.

AI is off by default

Rules and your own habits sort most mail. If you turn on AI help, your email is never used to train AI models.

Encrypted for you alone

Task content is encrypted with a key that belongs to your workspace. Disconnect and it’s deleted.

Be first to know

Triage is coming to iPhone and Android. Leave your name and email, and we’ll let you know when it’s available.
